With Spring treating us to lots of sunshine and the opportunity to re-energise and to create new beginnings, we might more than ever ask ourselves:
How can I…
…reach my important goals?
…be my best and live my full potential?
…be healthy and fit?
…live my life the way I want to?
Yoga and NLP life coaching are two transformational techniques that can help you get to where you want to be. They can help you to unlock your inner strength, release negative thought patterns and get you equipped to reach your important goals.

Mindfulness Meditation is a secular form of practice helping you to connect deliberately to the present moment without judgement. We learn to live in the NOW, where our life is actually happening, rather than worrying about the past or the future.
The meditation evening is suitable for people with a basic knowledge of mindfulness meditation. We practice walking meditation in the garden, sitting and metta meditation. We finish with tea and snacks.
Who: Dr Patrizia Collard
