Iyengar & Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois. Each class practices pranayama, a creative sequence of asana, closed with relaxation. Dive into the deep flow of your breath as we practice Yoga asana with flow to a soundtrack of meditative music. The studio is decorated with Indian materials, burning incense and candles.

Events: Workshop – “Anja Brierley Lange, Vinyasa Flow Yoga in Streatham”

Enjoy Flow, Breathe, Yoga… a two-and-half hour Spring yoga session let by Anja Brierley Lange to celebrate the longer days, sun and the change from winter to summer.

We will move through a dynamic and flowing sequence of postures to stay grounded and stable as we start to let go of the dullness and darkness of winter. Twists will help to DETOX and encourage elimination of undigested food material as well as “bad” habits, thoughts and emotional baggage. As we let go we can surrender to the ‘now’ and just be still – in this part of the session symbolised through more restorative postures. In Hatha Yoga asana, postures, are the preparation for concentration and meditation so we will conclude with a meditative relaxation.

Feel prepared and supported to enter the summer by
detoxing, eliminating and rejuvenating through yoga.

This class is open for all levels but some yoga experience will be beneficial.

Teacher Review: Elisa Williams – “Yoga and Pilates Tuition in West London”



British Wheel of Yoga accredited instructor Elisa Williams is based in West London with over 20 years of yoga and pilates experience.



Elisa teaches private clients, public classes and classes in secondary schools and companies mainly around Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Fulham and Shepherds Bush. Yoga holidays and yoga retreats overseas and in the UK.

The style of yoga incorporates dynamic vinyasa flow with movement on the breath combined with long held poses to help cultivate strength and inner stillness.

Elisa’s aim is to give all her students the confidence, knowledge and inner awareness to develop their own yoga practice.
