Inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar & Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois. Each class practices pranayama, a creative sequence of asana, closed with relaxation. Dive into the deep flow of your breath as we practice Yoga asana with flow to a soundtrack of meditative music. The studio is decorated with Indian materials, burning incense and candles.
Mats, blankets, blocks & meditation cushions provided.

After each class, enjoy our library, herbal teas, healthy snacks & chats!
