Mindfulness Meditation is a secular form of practice helping you to connect deliberately to the present moment without judgement. We learn to live in the NOW, where our life is actually happening, rather than worrying about the past or the future.
The meditation evening is suitable for people with a basic knowledge of mindfulness meditation. We practice walking meditation in the garden, sitting and metta meditation. We finish with tea and snacks.
