Yoga Wellbeing is an organisation set up by Laura Watson and her group of like minded yogis. The idea of their group is to create a better sense of well being in the every day though yoga and a yoga lifestyle.
Laura will now be teaching a regular Wednesday night class in Clapham.
The yoga class is open to all abilities. The class will include stretching, posing, meditation and breathing exercises.
